We stand behind everything we say & sell but You must organise the return the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will be returned back to you

Refunds

Faulty Returns & Product Guarantees
Upon receipt of the goods and confirmation of the fault by our product support team you will be offered the following options:
• A replacement: this item will be shipped to you at our own expense.
• A repair: the repaired item will be shipped to you at our own expense. Please note that once repaired the product is no longer eligible for replacement.
• A full refund provided the item has been verified faulty and is complete with all accessories in its original box and packaging.

If the product is not deemed to be faulty by our product support team then you will be offered the following options:
• Return of the goods the cost of delivery charged to you.
• Refund the invoice cost less any applicable delivery and collection charges provided the product is "as new" and complete with all accessories in its original box and packaging. If the condition of the product or the packaging is poor then we reserve the right to return the goods to you at your expense.

All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer"s Guarantee for a period of 12 months. However, some manufactures have a lifetime guarantee. In this case please contact us. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance (cleaning of dirty audio/video heads etc.), consumables (styli, plug fuses, cables, batteries, etc.), cosmetic damage and tuning of channels are not covered.

Cancellation & Returned Goods
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days starting the day after delivery for credit or refund. Goods must be returned - and as in line with Distance Regulation - there should be duty of care of product while goods are in your possession. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received in with the original packaging and all parts. Any free gifts received with the product must also be returned.

The Supplier will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. The cost of postage is to be borne by the customer. Return and refund is subject to claim validly and correctly notified in accordance with the Time Limitation for Notification of Claim paragraph of these terms, goods received back incomplete or in a damaged or used condition will either be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account or we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Goods received back complete as sold, including all accessories and as in line with Distance Selling Regulation - the consumer has a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period: You will be refunded the full invoice amount and original delivery charges.
Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging but with accessories missing: We are unable to accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
Goods received back where duty of care has not been taken by the consumer: We are unable to accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.

Other
You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at an time without prior notice to you.
